Headlights

Hope to my life

Is like headlights 

To a car in a dark night. 

I may not see a lot beyond my lead,

But that’s how I beat 

All the challenges I meet. 

I don’t know if I’m headed down the right path,

I wish I do, because there’s no turning back.

But, hope is what drives me through the black. 

Hope is what gets me through the rough. 

When the journey of life tends to mess up, 

Hope is what makes sure I’m as tough. 

Hope to my life
